1.Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our website for Skyview Manor Apartments, E 7 mile Apts, Linda Ann and Matador Apartments --all properties we manage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use this website.

2. Use of Website: The website is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. You may only use website for lawful purposes.

3. Privacy Policy: Use of this website is governed by our Privacy Policy which is listed below.

4. Apartment Listings: The purpose of the website is to provide prospective tenants general information regarding availability, pricing, locations, and contact information. Apartment listings provided on the website are for informational purposes only. Skyview does not guarantee the accuracy of the information and is not responsible for any discrepancies. The availability of units is subject to change without notice. Skyview reserves the right to modify, or discontinue any aspect of the website , including apartment listings at any times.

5. Current tenants can access a link to Tenant Web Access for personal account details and payments. Phone numbers collected during the registration process may be used for text messaging. By using this service you agree to receive text messages from us. You may opt out at anytime by replying STOP to a message or reply HELP for more information. Message and data rates apply. Message frequency will vary.

Messages may include alerts, community news, building repairs, urgent notifications, service issues etc.

6. User Conduct: You agree not to engage in prohibitive activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access, use of offensive language, or any other activity that can harm the website or its users. Users must comply with all laws and regulations when using this website.

7. Intellectual Property: The content on this website including text, images , and logos is the property of Skyview Manor Apartments and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the website for personal use only. 9. Skyview Manor and above listed properties we manage, reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is the users responsibility to review the terms regularly for changes.
