*If you are a current tenant, we do request your phone number and email on your initial paper application and to use Tenant Web Access. By providing your phone number you agree to receive text messages from Skyview Manor Apts. We maintain your phone number and email in our system for the duration of your stay. We may on occasion use it to text you to announce building repairs, water interruptions, tenant notices etc. Your number will never be given or sold to third parties. Frequency varies. Message and data rates apply. You can opt out of receiving text messages by replying STOP to a message or HELP for more information. 

We use your email address to communicate directly with current tenants to update and inform regarding rent balances, renters insurance, leasing info, and building happenings, etc. Your email will never be given or sold to third parties.
